Neil Peart of Rush is not suprisingly a great interview, as I found out a few years ago as Rush were about to release 'Snakes and Arrows'. Having not only been a longtime Rush fan, but also a fan of the Rush drummer as an author and motorbike rider, I couldn't have been more pleased to get a face to face, especially next to his drum kit which has to be seen up close, to be fully appreciated. (it's like a board game of drums and cymbals, with a little space through which Neil can enter, and proceed to his throne to play).
If you aren't aware, recently Neil recorded a drum-based version of The Hockey Theme and shot a video to go with it, playing a custom-made kit bearing the insignias of all of the NHL teams.
