Steven Tyler tried out for Led Zeppelin

Rarely does anything shock me.  Can think of just two things in recent months:

1) I walked into my favourite local watering hole and there's an ex, from a different city, working and living in my small town.   A little creepy.

2) Steven Tyler auditioned for Led Zeppelin.

I have nothing else to offer on point #1.

Meanwhile, I have been thinking that if Joe Perry really does try to hire a replacement for Steven to front Aerosmith, that he (Steven) might have a great case against - legally.

My husband and I decided to take a romantic river cruise. Our seats right never to my ex-boyfriend who wouldn't quit telling how beautiful i was ect. I knew my husband was kick boxing teacher and wanted this to go well. I went and requested another seat and they said "we don't have anymore seats available." I said ok but be prepared to wwe wrestling. I told them the story and they found a seat on another deck.

Jeff Woods: Good thing for the ex. Good story Kim.

I read in the book "When Giants Walked The Earth" by Mick Wall that Tyler said to Page and company that he could arrange for writers to write a "hit", according to the book, Page was silent and just looked at him and then turned to his crew and said get him a plane ticket home and walked away.

Jeff Woods: Yikes. Imagine Zeppelin doing a song like "I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing". Cheers Don.

Tyler was/is great. One would think that any band contract would have contingencies for rehab, or other such stuff! They're rockers FGS! And as for him going to try out for Zeppelin..... beyond belief that they thought he might be a fit.

Jeff Woods: I know what you mean. Then again, if you define a 'fit' as something that sells concert tickets, it probabaly would have worked. Cheers JD
